3. Payment and Fees

3.1 Pricing: Fees for our services vary depending on the type and complexity of travel planning requested. We will provide a detailed fee structure and payment terms prior to commencing services.

3.2 Payment Methods: We accept payment through check or Zelle. If you provide payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your account.

3.3 Third-Party Processing: For certain bookings, you may pay directly to third-party vendors. We are not responsible for payment processing by these third parties.

4. Non-Refundable Services

All services provided by Nelson & Ivey, LLC are non-refundable. Once services have been rendered, including travel planning, research, booking assistance, and itinerary creation, payment is final. No refunds will be issued for services already completed or for cancellations made by the client.

5. Cancellation of Bookings

If you choose to cancel travel arrangements after booking, cancellation policies set by the respective vendors will apply. Nelson& Ivey, LLC is not responsible for cancellation fees, penalties, or non-refundable charges imposed by third-party vendors.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your travel preferences, personal details, and any special requirements.

6.2 Documentation: You are responsible for ensuring you have valid identification, passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other documentation required for travel.

6.3 Verification: You agree to review all travel itineraries and confirmations before finalizing bookings.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NELSON & IVEY, LCC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR OUR SERVICES.

8.1 No Guarantee: While we strive to provide accurate travel information, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or satisfaction.

8.2 Third-Party Services: We do not control vendors and are not responsible for their actions or failures.
